I did not always understand all the jokes (because I was too young or my Japanese was not at an adequate level at the time), but I would always laugh at the jokes I did understand.
#KIDD CHRIS SHOW GAY BAR SONG TV#
Growing up in Japan myself, I used to watch Downtown perform on TV all the time with my brothers. Through puns, and verbal interactions, Downtown has been able to gather national attention and are now household names in Japan. Jokes are exchanged in a fast paced while the boke would say something ridiculous and the straight man would further enunciate how stupid of statement the boke had made. Hamada is the tsukkomi and Matsumoto and is the boke. In Japanese, a manzai duo consists of a straight man (tsukkomi) and a funny man (boke). However, no matter what the act is, water squirting out of your nose from sheer laughter is almost a guarantee.ĭowntown was started as a manzai duo. Some acts are plain sadistic, while some are quite normal. The show involves the downtown duo performing various bizarre and wacky acts along with comedy duo, COCORICO, and comedian Hosei Tsukitei. He is part of comedic duo called DOWNTOWN with his childhood friend Masatoshi Hamada, and stars in the show “Downtown no Gaki no Tsukai ya Arahende!!” which translates to “Downtown’s This ain’t no task for kids!”. He is a Japanese comedian by the name of Hitoshi Matsumoto. However, I do believe some of the work he has done is pure genius. Surprisingly, this comedian does not actually speak much English. Today I wanna talk about one of my favorite comedians in the world. Good luck and I wish everybody good luck with whatever they are going through in their lives. Lets enjoy these events as much as possible. Music, today, was able to show me the difference and the growth I have experienced in these 4 years. At the same time, I want to be knowledgeable about as many topics as possible. I want to feel empathy towards any human being. I will continue to experience new events, and interact with different people. I may not have everything now, and I still have plenty of tasks/objectives to complete, but I am in a more secure and happy place in my life than I was back then. I still am a lost child, but much more content than I was in 2013. Just by listening to a song that was continuously heard years ago, the emotions are reproduced to fulfill a sense of nostalgia. While this may not take us back in time physically, music is the one of the closest aspects of life that allows time travel. Humanity keep looking for ways to travel time and distort the space/time continuum. Just by listening to a 5 minute track, I was able to experience the feelings from 4 years ago. This was all experienced 4 years later (today) through the power of music. The smell of the library became clear again. I would remember the filet-o-fish burger from Mcdonalds I purchased after my library sessions were over. I remembered the Nescafe coffee cans I would purchase everyday. I was just listening to the same track 5 min ago, in 2017, and the feelings from 2013 came rushing back. This was a time where I listened to Pompeii (Audien Remix) by Bastille religiously. I was a drifted soul searching for a way and for knowledge. Other days, it felt like I was on adderal. Some days my brain was accepting knowledge at a snail-like pace. It was a time where I had no direction in life, but I was constantly learning. I would often visit the library, read the electrical engineering books, exploit the WIFI offered by the library and go home at the end of the day. The library had various books about the subjects I had studied in university. It was an establishment I had visited frequently. Luckily there was a well kept library located close to my house.
I stayed with my parents, with no constant pay cheque to keep myself afloat. It was a time where my self confidence was at an all time low.
#KIDD CHRIS SHOW GAY BAR SONG HOW TO#
I had no idea how to apply for jobs, and my ambitions were dwindled. To be honest, that is a nice way of saying I was completely lost. In May of 2013, I had just finished up with my time at university and was looking for jobs and a path in life. This was a track I frequently listened to back in 2013. I was listening to Pompeii by Bastille and it was the Audien Remix.
In return, the emotions are felt by the listener. No matter if its rap, rock, underground, country, immense feelings are poured out by artists. One can experience various ranges of emotions through music. Today I would like to discuss the power of music.
